When was Aleritas Capital founded?
Aleritas Capital started its lending programs in 1996 to serve as a finance company for the capital needs (primarily for business acquisitions) of the franchisees of Brooke Franchise Corporation, an affiliate of Aleritas Capital and one of the largest franchisors of property and casualty independent insurance agencies in the United States.
Is Aleritas Capital a publicly traded company?
Yes. It has traded over the counter (OTCBB: BRCR.OB) since July 17, 2007 after its merger with Oakmont Acquisition Corp.
What is Oakmont's history?
Oakmont was a blank check company incorporated in Delaware on April 15, 2005, in order to serve as a vehicle for a business combination with an operating business. On July 18, 2005, Oakmont's IPO was consummated.
Does Aleritas Capital issue preferred and common stock?
